We are location-independent. 🙂 We meet with our clients via Skype, Whatsapp, Zoom, Slack, Voxer, Facebook and email. We are fortunate to have built our businesses online and are able to work from our laptops and wifi.
Our web design projects vary depending on your needs which we will discuss during our first consultation. At a minimum, all projects include:
- Install fo WordPress software and general setup
- Unique and personalized design and setup of layout including your logo, design and color scheme
- Setup of navigation tabs
- Build out and format of at least 4 static pages (more pages = $$$)
- Setup of basic contact form with standard fields (name, email, message, etc)
- Social media links
- WordPress plugins install (4)
- One user tutorial on using WordPress (30 min)
- One month of web maintenance
- One year of web hosting with branded email addresses (5)
Any other customizations will increase the project price.

First off, it’s not a cost. It’s an investment. Why is that? Because you will get a return on investing in your brand. That being said, we need to discuss your branding needs to determine cost. Pricing fluctuates depending on the depth of your needs, the complexity of your design, and requirements.
This all depends on the needs and size of your company and the number of platforms. We can post either three or five times a week or more depending on your requirements. All platforms are different so depending on your needs, we will adjust our prices accordingly. We bill monthly and you can cancel at any time. We also offer discounts for branding and web design projects.
We post a variety of content depending on what best fits your brand and your goals. We follow the 80/20 marketing rule, where eighty percent of your content is aimed to engage your target audience, while twenty percent will be advertising to them. With that in mind, we will share interesting articles, beautiful branded graphics and other sharable content with your fans, as well as post links back to your website promoting your products or services. We also make sure your blog is posted professionally to your social media platforms and as well as to your website.
Do you create and curate all the content for my social media or do I have to provide you with anything?
The more you can provide, the better. We will work together to put into place a content schedule based on your business goals. Product photos are very helpful towards building a professional social media campaign, but they are not mandatory. For our other businesses, like services and professionals, any photos you have are also welcome to be shared, but not required.
You don’t have to! We’ll work with you to find the best strategy for your brand. We never want you to over extend on social media (or your budget) so we will give you honest feedback on where we think you need to be and help you figure out what’s truly best for your business.
This is a non-negotiable for us. All of our websites are mobile-friendly, tablet-friendly, laptop-friendly…tech-friendly.
Our responsive web design ensures your website looks great no matter what kind of internet-ready device accesses it because the site’s display is altered based on the screen size. The content will flow into a page differently based on the screen/device.
This is the question we get asked the most. It’s also the most difficult to answer — at least until we learn more about you. Because we design and build custom websites, there’s no one price point for us to advertise. The more complex the website becomes due to advanced functionality, such as database integration, e-commerce, smart forms, etc., the higher the cost.
Even “basic” websites — which at minimum include a homepage template, two to three subpage templates, one web form and a sitemap — require significant hours for planning, web design, web development and project management. These baseline sites start at $2,900.
Additional services such as professional or stock imagery, copywriting, photo galleries, a blog, product database or multiple languages increase the cost. That’s why we prefer to have a first consultation before giving an estimate on web design. Once we understand your audience, goals, timeline and budget, we can make recommendations and extend an estimate. And once a project begins, we work hard to keep the process as efficient as possible.
The more complex a site becomes — three or more different page layouts, database integration, e-cart system, custom whiz-bang elements, etc. — the longer it will take from start to finish.
We’ve developed websites in 1-2 months. Others have taken up to a year.
The answer to this question also depends on you, the client. We are at the mercy of your pace. When a web design project falls on a client’s back burner and we don’t get feedback, answers to our questions or website content in a timely manner, the timeline stretches out.
While we are willing to work with your deadlines and readjust as necessary along the way, we always strive for high efficiency.
Yes, you can add, remove and tweak most content on your website, including text and images. We use WordPress as our platform, which is very user-friendly. We will also provide a short training once the project has been completed.
Yes! Our complete web design projects include free hosting for 1 year. After your first year, we charge $20/month for hosting. Clients who host with us are billed annually for the coming year.
Our complete web design projects include registration of your domain name for free along with your first year of hosting. If you already have a domain name, we can work with that as well.
The average cost is $24/year, which covers the bill that registrars will send us and our time for administration.
